Very confusing picture! The surface of the tarn looks very much like a lowering stormy sky, so at first glance I thought it was taken looking up. Then I saw the leader was climbing feet first.

That’s amazing that you saw it that way. To confirm this is looking down the the icefall pitch with the tarn below . Even with all the ledges and chilled angle of the route this makes it look a bit more out there
