Gars-bheinn may lack the height to be a Munro or the prominence to be a Corbett, but it's a very fine mountain and one of my favourite spots on the Cuillin ridge. Though, I'm also looking back in relief at having ascended via the unpleasant scree-slog that is its SW shoulder! But very much worth it for the super views from the summit
