At the summit of Mont Blanc, after an ascent via les Trois Monts. Descent was by snowboard via the Grands Mulets.

How was the Grands Mulets on the way down? Did you have to get the board off at any point?

We walked down the first (narrow) section of the summit ridge. Could have been ridden, but dangerous and everyone was knackered. The only other bit we had to walk was the short climb to get off the glacier.
