I have been staring longingly at a postcard from Lost Arrow that I picked up for free in the North West Face for the past few years. Its a route on the same piece of rock (same distinctive rock in the background).
The route on the postcard is called Sanpreccoru (also 7b) and Im pretty sure the guy is soloing (no rope and a single QD for the lower offs). He is also cutting loose!

I think the topo was a bit confusing, but I recall another route with the name you mention across the same chunk of rock, with a slightly different finish. I just climbed wherever there were the biggest holds!
Cutting loose was not intentional - I was glad of the rope shortly after...
