2. Loop cord over the pull up bar and hook under the board through the grooves. The board being wider than the door stops it swinging.

I like it. Does the board move at all when you use it, and does it stay vertical?

No its solid, doesnt move at all. Probably worth checking the knots havent slipped every now and again!
