Spot the deliberate mistake?
Jamie B - 25/Nov/07
so which one is ratboy?
philo - 25/Nov/07
As regards mistakes 1) the rope should be protected from the sharp edges (new rope purchased since) 2)said rope was 30 years old anyway, as was 3) the Whillans harness, 4)I'm belaying classically cos I couldn't find the Sticht plate (new device purchased already)and 5) Rob doesn't need chalk as much as the belayer. What else is wrong? [PS neither of us is the rat boy; we did keep rats a few years ago but the graffiti refers to someone else]. If anyone out there is unaware of Leicestershire climbing potential - this is the best of it (tried & tested by Steve Bancroft)!

There were reports of a snake of some description being seen basking on the coping stones back in July.

Somehow your defence that the rope that you are sawing over the edge is 30 years old ISN'T reassuring me!
