What happened? Was he OK? Not too much distance between him and the ground!

Did he do this on-sight or did snapping the peg mke him fall off?? Looks hard!

Hi Toby, yes he was fine. It's actually further to the floor than it looks, the ground drops away to the left of me (belaying).
Hi Boothy, He did it second go after falling from the very last move. It is hard and one of the pegs snapped when James was lowering off after his fall. They are in a dangerous state, but can be backed up by mediocre cams (around 2 - 2.5 size).
