Very fine shot of the Blaitiere - compare and contrast the 35 year older shot in my gallery - the Spencer couloir is vanishing! and that 'schrund looks evil

It's Ian sat waiting to abseil, whilst descending the Cordier Pillar on the Grand Charmoz. Ian with killed in an abseiling accident a few days later and is sorely missed.
