Hi, Sorry froy delay in answer.
Nava IceFall is near Damavand Summit, 2 Hours Drive From Tehran ( Iran's' Capital).
What you see in photo is second part of Ice fall.
It heigh is about 80 meters in Total.
Search 35.874646,52.222239 in google map. then you can see it's exact position.
