Best Climbing ExperienceThe best thing about climbing is the places it takes you and the people you go there with! Learning to lead with mum and dad when I was 11. Missing lectures to climb in the Avon Gorge. Topping out on Jardin Suspendu on Saint Jenneat when I was 19 with Harry and Tom, a long and formative battle! Climbing into the dark as winter arrived on the east face of Tryfan with Ollie. Kuffner with Harry. First ascents in Djangart, Kyrgyzstan 2013. Guiding and living in Antarctica. Climbing and skiing Liotard in Antarctica. Cochamo big walls with Malcy. Barra Isles cragging. Many grit crags with dad belaying and telling me to come down as it is too hard. Cordier piller and 2 days on Carnmore with Chucky. Lundy with mum. Finding hidden gems in the Scottish winter hills. Sailing in to the Dubh Slabs with Saz. Observatory ridge with Mum. New winter routes with Matt on the quiet side of the Buachaille. Great Gully on Garbh Bheinn with Ben. Cassin on Denali with Ali.
