2019 - well a lots happened, including having my ankle rebuilt - so Sept22 19 saw my first climbs in 4 year. Don't run anymore - but I'm an IML and back to leading Treks across Europe, split my time between the Westmorland Dales and St Gervais les Bains.
Now work as a freelance instructor - probably more interested in WML and RCDI than MIA.
Used to climb a lot - now getting back into after a layoff of several years - so ignore my 'best' grades!!! Run a lot & in the Hills most weekends - now starting out into the Winter stuff

Currently in the very fortunate position of taking a few years out of work so am always keen to get out & about if anyone is interested. Am (slowly) working my way to MIA.

Best Climbing Experience
Dream of White Horses - the climb that got me back onto rock after shattering my ankles.
Winter - Tower Ridge - not done much winter stuff yet - but I've a feeling this wil always be hard to beat!
