Started climbing when I was a teenage. Winter climbing mainly in Scotland since the 1970's. Mountaineering/climbing in Switzerland, Spain (Picos de Europa, Andalusia, Guaddarama, Sierra de Gredos), Norway & Ireland.

I also enjoy Canadian Canoeing and have paddled in one of the world's most intact ecosystems - the Barren Lands - Canada.

I've also been to the most remote inhabited island in the world - Tristan Dah Cuna.

A small village up north...

Reaching the summit of Roseberry Topping after two nights trapped by a raging storm on the north west face.
