I’ve been climbing since 2017 when I started out bouldering at the then new Ballroom Climbing Wall in Coventry (now Social Climbing). I continued at Mile End Climbing Wall after moving to London. There I met some mates who took me to Stanage for my first roped climb on rock in 2018 and I’ve never looked back!I’ve been climbing for 8 years and instructing for 2. I love bouldering, sport and trad, but find nothing beats leading an adventurous multi-pitch trad route up a mountain or sea cliff.
I’m an active member of the Tunbridge Wells Mountaineering Club and queer climbing clubs Not So Trad and Out on Rock, all of which have great outdoor meet programmes throughout the year.
I got my Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI) award in April 2023, and I'm part of the team behind ClimbOut, the UK's first queer outdoor rock climbing festival. The inaugural festival was held at Thornbridge Outdoors near Bakewell in May 2023 and was a great success. It's grown bigger and better each year since and I'm excited to see that continue in 2026.
