Just moved to Stroud after far too long in the great wen. Manage to get into the hills just enough to keep going, and get on those easier, longer, quieter mountain routes. Quality mountain days, long long days with fluid climbing (erm) and a lot of mileage, these days I don't even flinch at bolted mountain routes abroad, its just good to get in the groove. Plus a bit of easy winter stuff abroad, especially in the Pyrennees.
Not averse to shorter routes, although I'm generally too tired to climb hard.

Best Climbing Experience
Traversing the Cuillin Ridge, hacking up gullies in the Pyrennees, pulling through the cornice on Ben Nevis, basking in winter sun at Smallacombe rocks, soloing, nearly losing faith in the spindrift below Ruhle, retreating off a Mod on Skye, long rock routes in the mountains, and more or less anything on a ridge.

Favourite Climbing-Related Discussion Topic
used to be 'the ethics of travel to troubled areas at the moment', now appears to be why I don't think I'll ever be bothered about not climbing mid-E's (and what you gonna do to make me change my mind?)
