About me? There's not enough space to start reeling off all my bad points here, so I'll spare you all that. To the right you'll see a cracking piccy of me (rugged bloke on left, girls...) getting wired in in about a "boot" in the Hotel Eiger in Murren. At nearly 4 pints each, two of these and you're fleein'! No fun trying to then work your way back down to Lauterbrunnen in the dark (not a single headtorch between us! Doh!) and pishing rain mind you...Location

Picture the scene: the runners were falling out left, right and centre and the boy was looking at "shootin' doon the lum" to certain column inches in the Scotsman obituaries page and a nation in mourning if he made one false move - but the laddie kept it together and, laughing madly (sadly true...), sailed over the crux direct to safety.
