Username changed from ericinbristol due to relocation to Cheddar in 2024. I work very flexible hours so can often grab a local session at short notice, mainly during weekdays. Particularly keen for sport in Cheddar, Brean and Uphill. I also do some trad and bouldering. I've climbed with lots of people from UKC: feel free to get in touch. Happy to put multiple days into projects, also enjoy ticking easier routes.Bitten by the same bug as everyone else on here. Spent many years doing trad, easy sport, and a bit of Scottish/Welsh mixed, continental ice, alpine rock and one Himalayan expedition - going climbing in an unsystematic way at the same standard. Then I got into sport climbing as well in 2009 and became more systematic about training and trying to improve. I love it all even more than ever now. A very late convert in 2022 to bouldering and to weight training in the gym.
