Several years experience (40 to be precise) but currently climbing rock at VS, done lots of classic winter stuff on Ben Nevis and in Snowdonia (Western Gully etc), rock climbing in the Bregaglia this last summer at IV, and climbed first 4000m summit (Piz Bernina), previously only ever did rock routes in Chamonix, keen to try some winter climbing in the alps - just started learning to ski.Update; now a little older but still climbing despite hand strength problems a result of several years off-road motorcycle competition. Still plugging away at the skiing. Quite advanced on-piste but ski mountaineering limited mainly to a few exploits in Spain and Scotland.
