Originally from Yorkshire, I now live in Cumbria and have done since 2002.
I am a qualified MIA (Mountain Instructor) and run my own business which is Rock n Ridge .co.uk. I started this at the end of 2017 as I got fed up working for others and wanted to work for myself.

Best Climbing Experience
Toughie...! One has to be climbing the old man of Hoy, love the feel of the Grit under my palms and still get back to the 'mother land' whenever I can. Numerous Alpine trips, and overseas trips, highlights include climbing in: Australia, NZ, Thailand, USA and Europe.

About My Photography
I take lots of pictures but don't always download them to UKC. I enjoy taking pictures of my client groups that I work with and get enjoyment when they comment on the day and the pictures I have taken for them whilst they are doing an activity.
