I'm SPA, SML, WML and MIA trained.Just built my own climbing wall on the side of the house :-)
I have been climbing about 20 years. I rock climbi mainly in South Wales, Wye Vally, Gower, Pembroke, N. Wales. I winter climb in South Wales & Scotland. Most years I get a week or so in the Alp's.
