Climb outside only occasionally (excuses being: youngish family, self-employed - the usual)...still dreaming of the dim future when 'a day at a crag' may be possible.

These days I'm mostly orienteering and road running (as free time is in very limited supply). Finding the orienteering a great challenge... Still training indoors (Works / Foundry) regularly - for my sanity.

Learning to love the fear of sea-cliffs. Winter mornings alone on the grit. Lundy trips. Kalymnos trips. Font trips. Spain trips. New places. Walking out from the grit at the end of a perfect day routing with friends.
