Started climbing April 2007, surprised myself with how much I love it. Slowly getting over my fear of heights. And enjoying climbs for the climbing rather than the fact I got to the top alive. Learning to lead and when not terrified I love it.
Love slabs, could climb them all day.

Best Climbing Experience
A weekend staying at the Whillans hut at the Roaches. Rained most of the time, only got 3 climbs in. But leading both pitches of Right Route with my brother made it worth every damp moment. Everything went right, well placed gear, I smiled all the way up and didn't stop grinning for days.
My first multi pitch lead and the lead I will aways remember.
