Easing into retirement, rather later than I would have hoped but that's just how it worked out. Still have lots of plans, but this Covid business is obviously putting so much on hold. Here's to next year.
Best Climbing Experience Cemetery Gates at 17, with four pieces of gear. Every route I've ever done in the Alps. Backpacking, particularly with my (now grown up) kids. Trips to the Highlands, it's time to resume my Munro ticking. The next climbing trip.

Interests Outside Climbing Family - now including grandchildren. Sailing my beautiful boat (Bavaria 30) in the Bristol Channel; skiing and ski touring; mountain biking; folk music; politics. I ssed to be interested in work, but that's receding fast.
About My Photography Always disappointed - maybe now's the time to try taking it a bit more seriously?
