This video documents the urban bouldering scene in Bern, Switzerland that grew out of political tensions between arch-conservative local authorities and young people in the 1990s. On bridges, stone walls and public buildings, climbers going by the pseudonyms Dr. Bomb and Dr. Bäri established counter-culture climbs and reclaimed public space, eventually producing a guidebook to the city streets.
