It's hard to believe that it has been nearly 9 years since the original Big Rock centre first opened, and in that time many thousands of climbers have passed through our doors to enjoy our climbing.

During our years of operation, we have always done our best to keep up to date with the latest trends within the indoor climbing industry and the centre has seen numerous developments over the years, including not only adding to and improving the climbing areas, but also upgrading the ancillary facilities to ensure that Big Rock is not only a great place to climb, but also a great place to be.

Our current refurbishment programme has seen further upgrades to the ancillary facilities, the installation of new lighting throughout the building, a complete re-paint of all climbing surfaces to improve the aesthetic of the centre… and more.

The centre is now fully open again and if you're local to Milton Keynes, or just passing through, we hope that you will drop in for a climb. Our digital media has now also been updated with new photography and a new Google Tour so please take the time to visit our website to find out what Big Rock can offer.

All the best from the Big Rock Team!
