COUNTER STAFF
General Description
At TCA we are always looking for some passionate people to join our team. We are looking for individuals to work across both of our busy centres in Bristol as part-time counter staff. The includes the Mothership - our bouldering centre which recently expanded over 2 floors and our roped centre, The Church (formerly UCR).
Dependant on experience and success in the counter role there is the opportunity for this role to progress into a Senior Counter position – dependant on qualification.
Hours and Pay
Part-time contracted hours and cover
Weekend and evening work
£8.21 per hour counter rate (Over 25's) - (£7.99 under 25's)
£9.20 Senior Counter rate
Experience
Previous work in a climbing centre is advantageous
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
