Further to our recent adverts we are now able to offer additional roles at our leading ropes centres in London. We have a position at West1 for Climbing Activities Coordinator (CAC) and across both sites for Climbing Customer Services Advisor (CCSA) and Coach positions. Due to recent promotions and expansion we are enjoying being able to offer these roles and build our team back stronger than ever.

Climbing Activity Coordinator (salary £23 – 24k depending on experience)

We are looking for a full time CAC who can help grow this hidden gem of a centre and work alongside the well-established CAC team at Westway. You will be reporting to the Head of Climbing at West1 to grow the centre and capitalising on the huge potential of London's most central ropes climbing facility.

Climbing Customer Services Advisor (pay at LLW)

We are looking for full time CCSAs (x2) in order to fill vacancies left by team members being promoted out of the department. A great place for someone to start and learn the industry. This role is the first person that Climbers see when coming into the centre and so it's one that requires great people skills and an understanding of the sport.

Climbing Coaches (pay between £11 and £22ph depending on experience and product)

We are looking for all levels of coaches from enthusiastic climbers all the way up to qualified coaches with competitive pay rates (below) to match. From grassroots coaching of NICAS and adult beginners all the way through to international competitive climbers we cover the breadth and as such we want to see you coaching here if you think this is the career for you.
