We have been the market leader in delivering a fun, inclusive, and rewarding indoor climbing experience since the opening of our first centre in the amazing St Benedict's Church, Manchester, in 2005. We offer climbing for everyone, building a passionate community that inspires and grows the next generation of climbers. Climbing is one of the fastest growing lifestyle sports in the UK and Europe and our new centre will give people the ability to embrace the climbing experience, community, and lifestyle that we love.

With our newest centre in Wandsworth opening in July 2023, we will encompass all types of climbing: bouldering, top-roping, lead climbing, speed climbing, and auto-belays. Built by Entre-Prises, the wall is state of the art and includes a carbon copy of the Olympic bouldering wall from the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. During their time in the centre, our customers, novice to experienced, can also enjoy delicious locally sourced food and drinks from our café, train in our fitness room and enjoy our retail offering.

There are a range of hours available across the climbing center's opening hours, including evenings and weekends. If you naturally inspire others and have a warm, energetic personality you will fit right in. Don't worry if you don't hold any qualifications as we will put you through on-site training.

The main duties of our Instructors:

• Inspiring kids through delivering the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS)
• Enthusiastically and safely deliver various climbing sessions for all ages and abilities, including adult courses for beginners and improvers, kid's clubs, parties, and other group sessions/programs
• Helping customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Selling services and products offered
• Working on reception, taking bookings, phone calls, & shop

What we are looking for in our Instructor:

• Warm, energetic personalities
• A passion for climbing
• Happy to work with children of all ages
• Weekend and evening availability is essential
• RCI or CWI qualifications (if you don't have these, no worries, we also deliver in-house training)
• Sport climbing experience, including indoor lead climbing at grade 6a
• Relevant industry experience
