The Westway, otherwise known as the best and biggest lead climbing centre in London, is looking for talented individuals to join us in our Operations team. In what is traditionally a great starting position for those looking to move into management or progress their knowledge of the inner workings of a Climbing gym.

Not only are you joining the Westway team but you will also be working with one of the UKs largest employer of climbing professionals (Everyone Active) and all the advancement opportunities that go with it.

Climbing Duty Manager (Full time and Part time available @ £28k per annum FTE)

You will be responsible for supervising all aspects of health and safety to ensure the safety of customers, climbing coaches, route setters and contractors whilst on duty. You will ensure the climbing walls are used and maintained to a high standard by offering safe, exciting and challenging customer interactions. Climbing Duty Managers are a key reference point for staff and customers while on shift and are knowledgeable in all operations within the climbing centre.
