The Climbing Academy is looking to recruit Centre Managers for each of our Bristol centres: The Mothership (bouldering) and The Church (primarily roped climbing). These are new roles.

Each Manager would take responsibility for the safe and profitable operations of a single centre. The successful applicant will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have experience managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment delivering high standards. As Centre Manager, they will play a pivotal role in overseeing all day-to-day operations of the facility. They will manage and develop a dynamic group of employees ensuring safety standards are met, maintaining the facility, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive climbing community. They will be an ambassador for the company and provide a high level of service for all our customers and staff. At times they will work on the front desk as part of the customer service team. They will work with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure consistency and efficiency across the business.
