premier post photoManchester Climbing Centre are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join their dynamic and enthusiastic team.

Established by professional climber John Dunne in 2005, Manchester Climbing Centre is part of the Climbing Centre Group of centres which also includes the Harrogate and Reading Climbing Centres.

Being one of the largest climbing walls in the North West, successful candidates can look forward to working with a highly motivated team of staff; in an environment with huge potential for growth and development.

As Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Centre Manager to create new and grow existing business opportunities, as well as assisting in the development of strategic marketing plans, in order to further build on the success of our flagship centre.

In addition to the above, you would also be expected to contribute to the day to day management of the centre and an existing team of full-time and part-time Duty Managers and Instructors; ensuring the highest standard of delivery across the many aspects of our centre.

The Role

Hours of Work: 40 per week on a rota basis, to include day time, Evening and Weekend work as required.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Holiday: 20 days per year plus bank holidays. As we will be open on bank holidays, you may sometimes be required to work these, taking a day off elsewhere in lieu.
