The Climbing Academy Shop and Stonesmith Holds Ltd have teamed up to help you start your 2016 right! We have put together a custom training and recovery package to help you get the most out of your climbing this year. With an RRP of over 225

The Package includes:

Suspension Training Balls

Stonesmith Suspension Training Balls are your versatile, portable training aid for functionalstrength gains at home or on the move. Designed to be hung from any load bearing bar or beam, the stainless steel eyelet fixing will accommodate almost any carabiner for quick and easy installation. Their large, comfortable radius create many grip options allowing for them to bepinched, wrapped or undercut depending on your training goals.

Armaid massage Tool

Armaid is a breakthrough, self-administered, massage device. It is designed for people suffering from repetitive strain injuries (including carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and tendonitis) to the forearm, wrist, hand and elbow who are willing to take action for their own health.

Malcs Board Hand Holds

This range of blocky pinches and edges are designed to be used on a board to achieve maximum strength gains with minimal skin loss. The lightly 'brushed' texture closely mimics the feel of wooden holds but because they are made of resin they are far more resilient.

Power Fingers

Power Fingers are the latest tool to hit the climbing market! Ideal for warming up and cooling down, preventing injury and strengthening your hands for that net project!

This competition has now closed.

Hey, The first question's a little confusing. There's a difference between the % of muscles found in the forearm that control the hand (the question) vs % of muscles that work the hand in the forearm (which I'm assuming is the answer you're looking for in one of the links) Sorry to be pedantic.

Click on the links and find the right answer (as always). It's not a sport science exam!

These are climbing aids right? I wasn't sure at first if it was work safe

More than a little confusing, I really couldn't work out which question they were asking. And I don't think the (presumably 'correct' as it's on their website) answer which is found by following link is actually the answer to either question.

Is question 2 a trick question?!
