Trainee IT Support Technician
Due to increased workload and expansion, DMM have a vacancy for a Trainee IT Support Technician to support the IT Manager. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to advance their career within the IT Support industry.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and provide a first class customer service to our employees. You will have an aptitude for problem-solving whilst being adaptable and enthusiastic, along with excellent communication skills. A knowledge in Microsoft Office and Windows would be advantageous.
The Role
- Setting up computers for new recruits
- Support service for software and printers
- Maintenance of equipment
Hours
37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
