I'd want it mainly for trips around Edale such as up the Chapel Gate track, round the Brown Knoll paved path, and down Jacob's Ladder. Basically interested in a comfortable and enjoyable pouter around for an hour of two, rather than anything hard core.
The E sommet is a great bike and you would have an unimaginable amount of fun on it. E bikes are not my thing at the moment but I won't deny the joy you'd get from a bike like that. Excellent fork and top motor. Just go for it.
