In a world where we are quick to shout about poor customer service, I wanted to give Exposure Lights (Ultimate Sports Engineering) a big thumbs up for some first class customer service.
After a slight hiatus in riding, due to house move/small person, I managed to find time to take the bike for a quick spin last saturday morning and proceeded to allow my rear (Exposure Tracer) light to come into contact with my rear wheel which didn't have great results for the light.
Dropped USE an email over the weekend and come monday morning had a quick reply, a brief email conversation later and to cut a long story short, in the mail on Wednesday was the part needed to repair the light (which I didn't mind doing myself, given that my employer lets me break...I mean work on, nicely engineered, expensive things). So a big thumbs up.
