Are Forme bikes any good?

A friend is selling one, my size and had a test ride and feels good
Its a Longcliffe Pro.... but I cant figure out which version. Its the black,white and red one and doesnt say 1.0 or any other
Has full tiagra groupset.
He wants £300 for it and just wondering if its worth that or should I make a cheeky offer lol
