I loved that last hour yesterday. Evenepoel smashed it to bits and Jorgenson went with him. Then it was simply a case of I've got the GC victory so you take the stage.

It was a great final stage. Evenepoel he rode extremely aggressively. He had nothing to lose (4th place is a "nothing" for these guys) and everything to gain.
Jorgenssen rode superbly in response although I was surprised how much work he did when the GC is in the bag.

OK, nerd alert: As far as I can see, the only recent WT race that technically meets that criteria (all jerseys changed on last day) is the 2013 Eneco Tour, but it really had a lower hurdle to surmount since there were only two jerseys (GC & Points). Plenty of races over the years have change 'all but one'.
