I went for a bike ride today calling at bouldering areas in the Helsby and Frodsham area to see what conditions were like. Much of the top tier bouldering at Helsby looked OK but Barrel Buttress, Long Wall, Harmers and Snidley were all so wet that they will take a while to dry, especially if conditions remain misty. I was going to look at the main Frodsham Buttresses as well but everything under trees had been so dank it didn't seem worth it.
