Hey,

Looking at a day trip up to the Peak for some bouldering, destination TBC, as weather looks cool and dry for a couple of days. 

Will that be enough for snow/damp to clear off? Looking for an experienced opinion

I often drive past Burbage on the way to work when it's raining. Sun comes out at lunchtime and I stop off for a boulder on the way home when it's dried off. A day of dry weather, especially if there is a breeze, and you'll be fine. Just stay out the trees e. g. Not somewhere like Cratcliffe.
