Evening everyone,

I've been thinking about what happened with Whitehouses and one of the concerns land owners often seem to have is liability for any accidents. Does anyone know if this a realistic concern? I'm no expert on access so I'd appreciate some help from someone in the know.

Edit. All just out of curiosity, I'm not involved in an access disputed 

Google BMC and landowner liability. They did something about this and there will no doubt be something out there.
