There is a fallen tree next to Rootin Toot, which is on the Upper Tier of Waterpipe Bay. The tree has come down, and is resting on a ledge low down, and balanced against a tree on the other side. At some point this will go. Please be aware, the BMC have been made aware, and Forestry England.
