Evening all,

Is the Winspit Closure at the Western part of the crag still live?

I'm not sure where to find a link to it's current status.

The last update I can see was from 20th April '23 when the Star Wars filming there was cancelled due to the rock being deemed even more unstable. You could check with the BMC South-West Area team on Facebook for any news:

but I suspect nothing is going to make the quarry fundamentally more stable any time soon.

Thanks for the link. I headed down there. West section is barracaded off. Quarrymans wall and South Side is all good!
