Anyone else following this? Some surprises for me already, Fantaisie Impromptu in the bottom 10 out of 300.

I've already forgotten my third choice, anyway so I'll just be rooting for Handel and St Saens.

I predict Bruch’s violin concerto will be in the top 10

My first choice has just gone so........

Bruch dropped 11 places last year so I'm not sure why the trend should be reversed.

Much as I like Rach's 2nd piano concerto, isn't it getting a little overcooked by the Classic FM Easter machine?

I tend to vote (though I have not voted this year) for Berlioz's Symphonie Fantastique, and possibly something by Bach (Did you hear the St Matthew Passion on R3 yesterday?) and Beethoven's 9th and The Helios overture (obviously only 3 votes allowed). Maybe I should vote more for Debussy and Ravel and Vaughan-Williams.

If we all varied more, it would be more interesting.

I wonder why Bruch has gone out of favour?

I blame all those closet Celine Dion fans ....

Which one? He wrote three. Tongue firmly in cheek - I know it will be No 1.
