What a refreshing change tonight, great music  compared to the awful self proclaimed “artists” of the previous series

I happened to watch, whilst on holiday up here in Scotland, and have to say that I did enjoy it too: BUT not as much as the food at the railway station in Ballater (Rothesay Rooms).

I've always found it hit or miss over the years on an episode to episode basis rather than series to series.

Too often absolute tosh that makes me switch away (Dermot Kennedy being this week's example) but the occasional amazing gem you wouldn't see on any other British music show (on council TV anyway).
