Can anyone help identify this song?

The acoustic guitar section of it is the theme to some fishing programme I watched for about 10 mins while channel surfing (a bad idea I know), and it has been bugginh me for about a month now.

I was convinced it was something by Crowded House / one of the Finns / something similar.

The Chorus goes something like;

"Run to the ocean,
sink like a stone
Blood becomes water
Flesh becomes bone"

Then there is a line that goes something like
"Now we're back at the hotel..."

I have tried googling the linse, but nothing seems to come up, although there may be some search trick I don't know about.
