Tonight I finally finished Last of Us 2.  I've been playing this and Last of Us 1 for ten years now.  I'm sat in front of the telly watching the credits and listening to the mournful guitar music for the last time.  

It's taken me so long as I don't get much time to play, and I'd go through periods of not picking it up as I'd be busy with other things.  

Goodbye Ellie and Abby and I hope it all works out for you.

Love the series and always go back for a run through every so often, currently on number 1, and Joel has just been injured falling onto the bit of steel...

I could probably play it blindfolded now, but I find the familiarity of it quite relaxing. And I still smile at the giraffe scene. 

Are you following the TV adaptation at all? 

I’m on my once-a-decade replay of the half life and portal series.  Like a really good movie or book they improve with each airing.

Well, except for American Gods.

I noticed Ars Technica are having a per episode review which suggests it’s a notch above most.  We’ve been watching the live action Halo TV series which is quite jolly, although I really struggle to separate it mentally from Red vs Blue

Yeah watched the first series, but we've paused on series two.  My wife's kind of given up after episode 2 for some unaccountable reason ;  )

I think my favourite scene from 2 was the space museum. I may go back and replay 1 if I feel the itch, but can't quite believe I'll never do it again fresh. Unless 3 comes out...there are rumours...
