Hello,

I have one day to climb in the Val Di Mello tomorrow.

Can anyone recommend the best easy multi pitch, ideally in the VS range.

Cheers, Tom

'Easy' and Val de mello, don't sit well together imo. Blank slabs, no gear. Must have chosen badly. Ran away to the dollies.

On my trip there years ago we saved a "rest day" where we would get up late and saunter up a classic Severe.

A route called Patabang provided us with the scariest moments of the week and a very ignominious retreat.

Scoubidoo might be ok, or just the first pitches, mostly french 5b and 5c, the 6a pitch is not that hard at all. The "grassy bands" are tedious, see ukc logbook description.

Have a look at Tunnel Diagonale. That might fit the bill, but i did it 9 years ago and i have a rubbish memory.

The Tunnel Diagonale mentioned above would appear to be a good bet, the fairly nearby Cunicolo Acuto also fits the bill (haven't done either).
