I was just reading an article about them the other day. Several people have had large claims declined because Insure and Go trawled through their medical history and found an insignificant and irrelevant condition, and said they were uninsured due to not disclosing it.
I would be very wary of any cheap insurance company, as I bet it's not just I&G doing this. Especially for the USA, where a rejected medical claim could bankrupt you.
