Heading to santander on ferry in August. Anyone know which of the bouldering areas are most family friendly? Short walk ins, cafe/cinema next door etc.. And camp sites for small vw camper?

There are loads of options for camp sites, every town has one so just turn up is my advise.  For bouldering I have heard that the Naranja de Bulnes is great.

Mountain bouldering, Asturias @ Quiros-La Collada and Las Rubias

Rosconorio - Cantabria (45 miles from Santandrer) looks like Grit!

Santa Gadea de Alfoz - Castilla de Leon (61 miles Santander, inland) Majpr moorland sandstone.

I haven't been to them but these are major areas in NW Spain. A copy of 'Boulder en Espana'  Ed. Desnivel would be a worthwhile purchase.
