i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND GUIDEBOOKS IN ANY LANGUAGE FOR THESE AREAS AND KEEP DRAWING A BLANK CAN ANYONE HELP?

You can get the French topo guides for Vingrau and for Tauteval in the bar in Vingrau village. A very nice relaxed climbing area.

Don't know about Canigou - certainly the rock near the summit is very shattered and not particularly pleasant.
