Exhibit A. Drove from Surrey to Llanberis, climbed, had an accident, required rescuing airlifted to hospital where he was treated.

Hopefully while he was in they gave him a complimentary brain transplant.

As I mentioned in another thread, I hope the staff in Ysbyty Gwynedd are treating him with the contempt he deserves.

There is inevitably going to be a change in the public perception of voluntary risk taking when this is all over, which will be a threat to climbing anyway. Irresponsible behaviour like this now will only make it worse.

I hope they'll do their job in a professional manner and treat him with care and compassion.

having just seen an article in the DM showing stupid people treating this as a holiday, I don't see how the government can avoid declaring some form of martial law, if only to protect people from themselves.
